This will take you through to a payment page. From here, you can authorise the payment. This will be discussed with you when you call to book your appointment.

Yes, Payment Links are secure. We use both the Atoa and Lopay systems.

Why do you use Payment Links?
This helps the clinic reduce prices from card transactions. It also acts as a prompt to remind the patient that he or she has an appointment coming up. This helps to reduce late cancellations and no-shows.

I'm not tech-savvy! Will the technology be beyond me?!
Not to worry! As long as you are comfortable opening text messages and either: filling out card details or authorising payments through a banking app - you will be fine. It really is as simple as that. Though we are happy to assist you if needed.

This means that if you need to cancel your appointment, then you must give a MINIMUM of 24 hours' notice, otherwise the full charge of the appointment will still be charged.
